Acknowledge your repair by the RMA download or customer provided packing slip. Once logged into the system the repair number is granted and your place in line is determined.

Most evaluations are completed within 24 hours. After your repair quote is generated and sent to you for approval authorization. Before we move forward with the repair process.
Shipping
Once approval authorization is received, New components are installed and final testing completed. And now your equipment is headed back home to you.
