Servo motors are fully run tested, internal holding brake torque is measured and compared to OEM specifications. Èncoder readout data stored for analytic comparisons to support preventive maintenance procedures.
AC Spindle Induction motors will be run tested on our VFD test rack. All loaded down to the rated specs from the tag, while maintaining the speed it needs to perform on your machine.

DC Direct Current motors have a separate repair section in our shop we clear all carbon dust chemical clean & bake, machine commutator brush grooves out, rewire the new brush holders, replace brushes & thermal devices with OEM rated replacements, the testing power rack supplies the voltage tag specifications specific while monitoring load ratios and feedback performance enduring the speed tachometer output.
